Day 1: Arrival - Yangon

  • Welcome at Yangon International Airport
  • Pick up from Airport and transfer to your hotel for leisure after a long flight


Day 2: Yangon – Golden Rock

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • after breakfast, drive about 5 hours to Golden Rock (Mt Kyaiktiyo), a well-known Buddhist pilgrimage site in Mon State, Burma. It is a small pagoda (7.3 meters (24 ft)) built on the top of a granite boulder covered with gold leaves pasted on by devotees.
  • En route visiting Htauk Kyant War Cemetery which is for Allied soldiers from the British Commonwealth who died in battle in Burma (Myanmar) during the Second World War. It is maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission
  • Proceed to Kinpun Base Camp and take truck up to the top of the Yathae Taung, and walk 15 minutes to reach Golden Rock
  • Overnight at the hotel


Day 3: Golden Rock – Bago – Yangon

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Descend to Yathae Taung and take the truck back until Kinpun Base Camp
  • Continue to Bago, formerly known as Hanthawaddy located 50 miles (80 km) north-east of Yangon
  • When in Bago, visit Kanbawzathadi Palace, Kyaik Pun Pagoda, Shwe Thar Lyaung Pagoda and Snake Monastery
  • Go back to Yangon and transfer to hotel


Day 4: Yangon sightseeing

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Visit City Hall area, downtown (Colonial Buildings Tour)
  • Visit Bogyoke (Scott) Market (closed on Mondays and Public Holidays) and have experience by sitting at local Tea Shop
  • Visit to Shwedagon Pagoda, main attraction of Myanmar, One of Buddhism's most sacred sites, the 325ft zedi here is adorned with 27 metric tons of gold leaf, along with thousands of diamonds and other gems, and is believed to enshrine eight hairs of the Gautama Buddha as well as relics of three former Buddhas.
  • Overnight at the Hotel


Day 5: Yangon – Mandalay

  • After breakfast at hotel, fly from Yangon to Mandalay, the second-largest city and the last royal capital of Myanmar (Burma). Located 716 km (445 mi) north of Yangon on the east bank of the Irrawaddy River.
  • Pick up from Mandalay Airport and visit Mahamuni Temple
  • Transfer to hotel for check in and take a short rest
  • Leave to Gold Pounders’ District and study at the workshop about how to make gold leaves and also visit Zay Cho Market
  • In this evening, visit Shwe Inbin Kyaung (Golden Palace Monastery) and Kuthodaw Pagoda, a Buddhist stupa that contains the world's largest book. It lies at the foot of Mandalay Hill and was built during the reign of King Mindon
  • Experience the sunset from Yankin Hill
  • Overnight at the Hotel


Day 6: Sagaing - Ava - Amarapura

  • After breakfast at hotel, drive to Sagaing Hills, located on the Ayeyarwady River, 20 km to the south-west of Mandalay on the opposite bank of the river, Sagaing with numerous Buddhist monasteries is an important religious and monastic center.
  • Visit Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda
  • Proceed to Ava, visit Maha Aungmyay Bonzan Monastery, Nanmyin Tower, Bagaya Monastery by pony cart
  • Go ahead to Amarapura, a former capital of Myanmar, and now a township of Mandalay. Amarapura is bounded by the Irrawaddy River in the west, Chanmyathazi Township in the north, and the ancient capital site of Ava (Inwa) in the south.
  • Experience the unique sunset at U Bein Bridge.
  • Go back to Mandalay and transfer to hotel after a long day.


Day 7: Mandalay – Pyin Oo Lwin

  • After breakfast, drive to Pyin Oo Lwin (formerly and colloquially referred to as Maymyo), scenic hill town in Mandalay Division
  • Visit Colonial Buildings, Mahar Ant Htoo Kan Thar Pagoda, Chinese Temple, Pwe Kawk Falls which is a fan of small weir
  • Visit National Kandawgyi Botanical Garden which has 514 species of indigenous trees and 74 foreign species, 75 species of bamboo, and 75 species of crotons. Of the 300 species of indigenous orchids, 178 were already collected in 1942. There are 25 rose species, and 6 land lily species. Medicinal plants for traditional medicines are also grown.

Day 8: Pyin Oo Lwin – Train ride through Gohtiek Viaduct – Hsipaw

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Depart to Hsipaw, on the way you can visit December Farm and Peik Chin Myaung Cave
  • Continue to Naung Cho Railway Station and take a train ride until Naung Pain Railway Station through the famous hundred years old Gohteik Viaduct
  • Proceed to Hsipaw by car and transfer to your hotel for leisure


Day 9: Hsipaw trekking (Waterfall, Villages and Boat Trip)

  • After breakfast at the hotel, go for a full day trekking
  • Walk through the rice field, swim at Nam Tok Fall, Walk back to Farmer’s villages, enjoy the country panoramic scenery, learn living style of Shan villages
  • Have Shan Rice Noodle at tiny local village mall with the local guide.
  • Afterwards, continue an hour by boat up streaming river, through nice scenery with the mountain, valley, and plantations along the river, visit and sightseeing at river confluence at which swimming is available on the individual wish.
  • On the way down-streaming by boat, go visit to a Shan village which has typical houses with a small charming gardens and then return by boat
  • Overnight at the hotel


Day 10: Hsipaw – Mandalay

  • After breakfast, drive about 5 hours back to Mandalay
  • Transfer to your hotel and take a deep rest
  • At sunset, go up to the Mandalay Hill, the city took its name from the hill, by car or on foot if you wish
  • Overnight at the hotel


Day 11: Mandalay - Monywa

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out to leave to Monywa, located 136 km north-west of Mandalay on the eastern bank of the River Chindwin
  • Visit Thanboddhay Pagoda which is popular for its various rows of mini-stupas inside then Bodhi Tahtaung where you can see a thousand of Buddha images as well as the Standing Buddha (second tallest in the world) and Reclining Buddha.
  • Transfer to the hotel for leisure


Day 12: Monywa Sigthseeing

  • Visit to Pho Win Taung Cave, rural complex of 492 Buddha chambers, and Shwe Ba Hill which are famous for their mural wall paintings
  • Overnight at the hotel


Day 13: Monywa – Pakokku – Bagan sightseeing

  • After breakfast, depart to Bagan
  • On the way, visit a 19th-century wooden monastery in Pakhangyi
  • Thihoshin Temple and Cheroot making workshop in Pakokku
  • Proceed to your hotel in Bagan
  • Overnight at the hotel


Day 14: Bagan sightseeing

  • Bagan is an ancient city located in the Mandalay Region of Myanmar. From the 9th to 13th centuries, the city was the capital of the Kingdom of Bagan, the first kingdom to unify the regions that would later constitute modern Myanmar.
  • Visit Nyaung U Market then experience around Old Bagan’s Major Temples such as Ananda, Dhammayangyi, Shwezigone, Sulamani, Shwegugyi, That Bin Nyu, Gawdaw Palin, Mahar Bawdi
  • Scaling random temple tops and in the evening, take a Sunset Boat ride
  • Overnight at the Hotel


Day 15: Bagan sightseeing

  • After breakfast, explore around Manuha Temple, Gubyoukgyi, Nan Hpaya, Lawka Nandar by private pony cart or air-conditioned car
  • Visit Lacquerware shops and explore the rest temples and capture your beautiful moments
  • Take perfect sunset shot at one of the tallest Pagodas in Bagan
  • Overnight at the hotel


Day 16: Bagan-Popa-Bagan sightseeing

  • Breakfast at Hotel
  • Visit to Mount Popa, a solitary peak topped by gold stupas. The Popa Taungkalat shrine is the favoured home of 37 Mahagiri Nats or animist spirit entities, statues of which can be found at its base. These spirits were once so important to the country's early Kings that it was essential for them to consult the Nats before commencing their reign.
  • Back to Bagan
  • Overnight at the Hotel


Day 17: Bagan/Heho (AM flight) airport transfers, Heho – Kalaw (Green Hill Valley Elephant Camp)

  • After breakfast at hotel, fly from Bagan to Heho
  • Pick up from Heho Airport and go straight to Green Hill Valley Elephant Camp in Magway
  • Meet at Wet Pyu Ye junction, where their trek guide is waiting.
  • Walk to the camp, opportunity to help in their re-plantation project.
  • See the elephants coming through the river. (You can bath the elephants and feed the elephants with their Mahouts) if you wish! (iRding is not their main focus. They will let you be in touch with their elephants as Mahouts during the washing time.)
  • Chance to see butterflies, birds and orchids along the trek.
  • Arrived to their elephant village
  • Lunch will be served at the main camp.
  • Return to main road by feet. (1-2 hours Total walking time)
  • Drive to Kalaw and transfer to your hotel.


Day 18: Kalaw Sightseeing

  • Kalaw, a hill town of Shan State which is popular with British during colonial rule.
  • The town is also notable for its significant population of Nepali Gurkhas and Indians, whose ancestors came here to build the roads and railway during the colonial era.
  • Visit the local market, Hnee Pagoda, in which you will find a 500-year old bamboo Buddha, and the Shwe U Min Pagoda (Shwe Oo Min Paya), a cave filled with golden Buddhas.
  • Explore Christ the King Church; attractive and historic church that dates back to the colonial era and famously had the same priest for 69 years.
  • Overnight at the hotel


Day 19: Kalaw - Pindaya - Nyaung Shwe

  • After breakfast at hotel, drive to Pindaya, famous for its limestone caves, its attractive lakeside setting, and the traditional Shan paper umbrellas that are manufactured here
  • Visit the limestone caves, also called Pindaya Caves where thousands of Buddha images have been consecrated for worshipping over the centuries
  • The lines of gigantic old banyan trees, the peaceful Pone Taloke Lake in the town center, and the friendly people make this small town a famous travel destination.
  • See the traditional Shan paper umbrellas making workshop
  • Drive to Nyaung Shwe then start a biking tour until Red Mountain Vineyard where you can taste many kinds of wine and see the breathtaking sunset
  • Transfer to your hotel for a good night’s sleep


Day 20: Inle sightseeing

  • Visit the Five-Days-Market (the local people rotate trading between 5 different locations over a 5-day-period)
  • Explore the beautiful Inle Lake, the second largest lake in Myanmar with an estimated surface area of 44.9 square miles (116 km2), and one of the highest at an elevation of 2,900 feet (880 m)
  • Visit the unique Lotus weaving and the silversmith workshops
  • Also visit the famous Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda by private boat
  • Overnight at the Hotel


Day 21: Indein sightseeing

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Depart for Indein pagoda complex excursion by boat
  • On the way back to hotel, visit the Organic Farms and Burmese Cat village (if coincide with their opening hours) at Innthar Heritage House
  • Also visit the famous Cigar Rolling Workshop
  • Overnight at the Hotel


Day 22: Heho/Thandwe (AM flight) airport transfers, Ngapali

  • After breakfast at the hotel, fly to Thandwe airport and transfer to your hotel in Ngapali Beach by a shuttle bus of your hotel arrangement
  • Rest of the day is at your leisure.
  • Overnight at the hotel


Day 23: Ngapali

  • Ngapali is a beach located 7 kilometres (4 mi) from the town of Thandwe (Sandoway), in Rakhine State, Myanmar. It is one of the best known beaches in Myanmar and is a popular tourist destination.
  • Free day at leisure

Day 24: Thandwe/Yangon (AM flight), airport transfers, Yangon City Sightseeing

  • After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to Thandwe airport for your flight back to Yangon
  • On the arrival to Yangon, airport pickup and check in to Hotel
  • Visit to Kandawgyi natural park, Chauk Htat Kyi pagoda and Strand Road Night Market
  • Overnight at the Hotel


Day 25: Departure

  • Breakfast at Hotel

  • Drop off to Yangon Airport and departure
